Clydeside Stobcross Single Malt Whisky
Named after the historic Stobcross area of Glasgow, this Lowland single malt reflects the rich heritage of the River Clyde, once the gateway through which Scotch whisky travelled from the city to the wider world. Today, in the restored Pumphouse at Queen’s Dock, The Clydeside Distillery continues that legacy with its first release: Stobcross. Distilled using water from Loch Katrine and 100% Scottish barley, Stobcross is matured in a marriage of bourbon and sherry casks, allowing the spirit to develop its refined Lowland character. Bottled at 46%, natural in colour and non-chill filtered, it represents the beginning of a new chapter in Glasgow’s whisky story, where history, craftsmanship and the enduring spirit of the River Clyde come together in a modern single malt.
Clydeside Napier Single Malt Whisky
Named after Robert Napier, the pioneering engineer widely regarded as the “Father of Clyde Shipbuilding”, this Lowland single malt pays tribute to the spirit of innovation that once defined the River Clyde. From his shipyard in nearby Govan, Napier helped shape the reputation of “Clydebuilt” engineering across the world, guided by his famous mantra: quality, quality, quality. Produced at The Clydeside Distillery, located just opposite Napier’s original shipyard, this release reflects that same dedication to craftsmanship. Distilled using water from Loch Katrine and 100% Scottish barley, Napier is matured for over six years in Oloroso sherry casks, allowing the spirit to develop a rich and characterful Lowland style. Bottled at 46%, natural in colour and non-chill filtered, Napier honours the legacy of one of Glasgow’s greatest innovators, capturing the enduring character of the Clyde in a refined and distinctive single malt.
Clydeside Fortnight Single Malt Whisky
Named after the brief two-week period each year when peated spirit is distilled at The Clydeside Distillery, Fortnight captures a unique moment in the distillery’s calendar. During this short window, the distillery’s clean and fruit-forward house style is complemented by the gentle influence of Highland peat, creating a distinctive expression within the Clydeside range. Produced using water from Loch Katrine and 100% Scottish barley malted with Highland peat, Fortnight is crafted with the same care and precision that defines every Clydeside whisky. The spirit is matured for over six years in refill oak casks, allowing the character of the whisky to develop while maintaining balance and elegance. Bottled at 46%, natural in colour and non-chill filtered, Fortnight adds a new dimension to the Clydeside portfolio, bringing subtle peat and depth while remaining true to the distillery’s refined Lowland character.

Giffard Triple Sec Alcohol Free is inspired by Giffard’s traditional liqueur-making expertise and forms part of the Giffard Alcohol Free range, developed to deliver great aromatic richness with a reduced level of sugar to highlight flavour intensity. Crafted through the careful maceration of bitter and sweet orange peels in white wine vinegar, this process enables a precise extraction of aromatic compounds, preserving the full expression and complexity of citrus without the use of alcohol. The result is a refined alcohol-free alternative that reflects the depth, structure and balance of a classic Triple Sec, while offering freshness, length and versatility in modern cocktail applications.

CLONAKILTY SC Port finish NL exclusive
This single cask Clonakilty was specially created for the Dutch market. The great success of the previous Single Cask, which had been matured in Amarone casks, led us to embark on a similar project once again. Through our relationships, we were able to purchase a cask from the port house Calem Porto. This renowned Port house asked us which cask we wanted, and we told them we wanted the very best cask available. The Master Blender got to work, selected the finest cask, and immediately sent it off to Ireland. Once it arrived in Ireland, we received a question from Clonakilty asking whether the cask needed to be filled completely. At first, we thought this was a strange question, but later we discovered that the cask was a Port Pipe with a capacity of no less than 625 litres. In short, an exceptionally large cask and therefore a lot of whiskey. A fortunate surprise, because the whiskey is truly delicious, and we expect strong demand for this Single Pot Still Single Cask Whiskey from Clonakilty. The Port cask finish adds rich notes of red fruit, dark berries, gentle spice and soft sweetness, while maturation in Clonakilty’s Atlantic Ocean warehouse contributes subtle maritime influence and balance. The result is a smooth and complex Irish whiskey with layered fruit, oak and spice character.
DAFTMILL 2012 SC CSC NL Exclusive
This DAFTMILL 2012 Single Cask is a Lowland single malt created exclusively for the Dutch market from Concerto barley grown on the southernmost fields of the Daftmill Estate. The barley was harvested in September 2011, malted in spring 2012 and distilled during the summer distillation season of 2012. The new make spirit was filled into a first fill ex-bourbon cask on the 4th of July 2012, where it matured on the top floor of the warehouse until February 2026. Selected by Francis Cuthbert as an exclusive Dutch single cask release, the whisky showcases Daftmill’s signature farm-to-bottle character with notes of brioche, malted barley, apple, lime and subtle waxy undertones. The whisky was bottled at natural cask strength of 57.3% ABV, resulting in only 212 bottles.

BERRY BROS & RUDD Cremant de Limoux
Berry Bros. & Rudd Crémant de Limoux is a traditional method sparkling wine produced in the rolling hills of Limoux in the south of France, a region whose sparkling wine heritage predates that of Champagne itself. Created in partnership with the family-owned Maison Antech, this Crémant captures the elegance and craftsmanship for which the historic appellation has become renowned. Crafted from a blend of 70% Chardonnay, 15% Chenin Blanc and 15% Mauzac, the wine brings together both international and local grape varieties in a style that is refined yet approachable. Chardonnay forms the backbone of the blend, lending freshness and structure, while Chenin Blanc and Mauzac add layers of citrus, green apple and delicate orchard fruit character. Produced using the traditional method and aged patiently on its lees, the wine develops added richness and complexity, revealing subtle notes of honeyed spice, exotic fruit and fine mineral freshness. Bottled at 12% ABV, this Crémant de Limoux offers a softer, gentler expression of sparkling wine than many Champagnes, making it an elegant apéritif and a beautifully balanced example of southern French sparkling winemaking.
ADMIRAL'S Rum Princessa 0,70 ltr
Admiral Rodney HMS Princessa is a premium aged rum from Saint Lucia, produced by St. Lucia Distillers in the Roseau Valley. Crafted from molasses on a traditional twin-column Coffey still, the rum develops a rich and elegant character. After distillation, the rum is matured for 5 to 9 years in ex-bourbon barrels made from American white oak. The tropical climate of Saint Lucia enhances the maturation process, creating a smooth and refined rum with layers of oak, vanilla and dried fruit. The rum is named after HMS Princessa, one of the ships captured by Admiral George Rodney during the Battle of the Saints in 1782.

Admiral Rodney HMS Royal Oak is a premium aged rum from Saint Lucia, produced by St. Lucia Distillers in the Roseau Valley. Crafted from molasses on a traditional twin-column Coffey still, the rum develops a rich and complex character with remarkable smoothness. Following distillation, the rum is matured between 7 and 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels made from American white oak. The tropical climate of Saint Lucia accelerates the ageing process, creating deeper layers of oak, spice and dried fruit. The rum is named after HMS Royal Oak, one of the historic ships connected to Admiral Rodney’s fleet.

Admiral Rodney HMS Formidable is the oldest and most complex expression within the Admiral Rodney range, produced by St. Lucia Distillers in the Roseau Valley of Saint Lucia. Crafted from molasses on a traditional twin-column Coffey still, the rum develops exceptional richness and depth. Following distillation, the rum is matured between 9 and 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels made from American white oak. The tropical climate of Saint Lucia intensifies the ageing process, allowing the rum to develop layered notes of oak, spice, dried fruit and dark sweetness while maintaining remarkable smoothness and balance. The rum is named after HMS Formidable, Admiral Rodney’s flagship during the Battle of the Saints in 1782.
