BERRY BROS & RUDD SC Dailuaine 2010 Olor

THE PROCESS

A curated single cask collection inspired by a shared sense of place.
Originally built as a farm distillery in 1852, Dailuaine is positioned in the heart of Speyside, on the outskirts of Aberlour. It sits within a valley sculpted by the meandering River Spey.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose, this whisky beckons with stewed plums and figs, layered over a foundation of toasted nuts and dark chocolate. The palate unfolds a complex set of flavours, candied ginger and raisins, seamlessly intertwined with the warmth of cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving a lasting impression of oak and dried fruits.
