Created by Doug McIvor from a selection of just a handful of single malts, it has been selected to evoke the "old fashioned" Highland style, balancing peat and soft sweet yellow fruits.

TASTE PROFILE

The mild, peatyness has fruity tones throughout, with expressive bursts of soot and smoke coming through on the mid-long finish.
