THE PROCESS

One of CLEY's two newest limited editions. Canasta is a blend of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso. A 18-month finish in this Canasta cask has developed the whisky's rich, rounded flavors. Before finishing, the whisky was matured in bourbon for 3.5 years. The result is a flavorful single malt whisky.
