CLEY MANZANILLA

THE PROCESS

One of CLEY's two newest limited editions. This single malt whisky is made with grain from Rhoon. The whisky was aged for 3.5 years in bourbon casks, followed by a second maturation in Manzanilla casks for approximately two years. This dry sherry offers a wide range of flavors.

TASTE PROFILE

Salted caramel, green apple and chamomile.
