A CLEY that has been matured for three years in a bourbon barrel and then finished for two years in a Moscatel Quarter Cask!
Tasting notes of Confessions of a whisky freak:
On the nose aromas of sweet sticky fruits, pear, cherry candy, apple, sweet dessert wine, licorice, toast and honey.
The palate is as thick and sticky as syrup! Mango, grenadine, caramelized apple on a stick, white pepper, tutti frutti, mashed banana, chili flakes and ginger.
The finish has flavors of grenadine, strawberry jam and scones.
