CLEY Malt & Rye CS 58%

THE PROCESS

The barley malt and rye for this whisky go together in the fermentation vat. The resulting ‘wash’ goes into the still. Cley Malt & Rye is therefore not a blend of malt whisky and rye whisky. Matured in bourbon barrels, finished in quarter casks of new American oak. There is a Malt & Rye and a Malt & Rye Cask Strength.

TASTE PROFILE

For those who don't want to compromise! Full and fruity, cigars, red fruit, wood and hints of rye. The alcohol is nicely integrated. An intense whisky.
