CLONAKILTY SC Moscatel Finish Whiskey

THE PROCESS

Distilled at Clonakilty Distillery, this Single Cask Moscatel Cask Finish is a true Irish pot still whiskey, carefully matured and finished in Moscatel sherry cask No. 6278. Bottled in 2025 at natural cask strength of 59.8%, the whiskey remains non chill filtered and free from added colouring to preserve its full character.

This is a limited single cask release, with the Moscatel cask yielding only 330 bottles.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose vanilla, toffee and fresh orange zest.

On the palate dark chocolate and orange unfold with richness and depth.

The finish reveals toasted nuts with lingering stone fruits.
