CLONAKILTY - 34YO Single Malt Single Cask

THE PROCESS

Distilled on September 15th, 1991 and matured in Oloroso hogshead Cask No. 6785, this 34-Year-Old Single Malt was bottled on November 5th, 2025. The long maturation in sherry cask results in a rare whiskey of exceptional quality and depth.

This release includes a 50 ml sample vial of the 34-Year-Old whiskey stored beneath the 700 ml bottle.

Bottles from this single cask are highly limited, with the hogshead yielding only 131 bottles.

TASTE PROFILE

A fresh floral aroma opens the nose, evolving into rich notes of Christmas cake. On the palate, flavours of plum pudding unfold, layered with prunes, figs and toasted walnuts, leading to a deep and elegant finish.
