sours and Irish coffees. The Galley Head
Green is made with 25% single pot
still and 75% grain whiskey. The combination
of these two creates depth and
elegance in a single whiskey.

TASTE PROFILE

You'll find notes of green apples, coconut cookies, oatmeal cookies and wildflower honey in the taste.
