THE PROCESS

Minke Irish Vodka is a luxuriously smooth Pot Still Vodka. The name is a reference to the Minke Whale that comes to Clonakilty's coast to breed every year. The vodka has had a fatwash of milk what the Scully family, owners of Clonakilty, extract from their own dairy farm. From the Minke Copper Pot Still, you can find a nice and well-balanced vodka with a smooth flavour.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose smooth and elegante. On the palate creamy and spice. The finish is full and medium-long.

In a cocktail, like the famous Moscow Mule.
