Aged in ex-bourbon casks and then finished in bordeaux wine casks and re-toasted wine casks.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose fresh and fruity with a slight tone of chocolate, on the palate you taste citrus and a friendly apple. The finish has a pleasant taste of malted barley.

HOW TO DRINK:

Neat, in cocktails or Irish Coffee
