CLONAKILTY - Galley Head Single Malt

THE PROCESS

The Clonakilty Galley Head Single Malt is a typical Irish Single Malt, made of 100% Irish malted barley, an distilled three times in different stills. Aged in ex-bourbon casks and then a finish on Bordeaux wine casks and re-toasted wine casks. All this makes for a fruity, fresh and flavourful Irish single malt.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose fresh and fruity with a slight tone of chocolate, on the palate you taste citrus and a friendly apple. The finish has a pleasant taste of malted barley.

Neat.
