THE PROCESS

Dupuy XXO is crafted exclusively from old eaux-de-vie sourced from Grande Champagne, the premier cru of the Cognac region. With an average ageing of 30 years, and some components matured for over 40 years, this rare blend reflects exceptional patience and expertise.

Prolonged maturation in oak barrels allows the Cognac to develop depth, power and harmony, while refining its structure and aromatic intensity. The result is an exceptional XXO with a rich, elegant character and a long, voluptuous finish.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose, Dupuy XXO is voluptuous and refined, delicate yet powerful, with notes of quince jam, cedarwood and aged leather.

On the palate, flavours of dark chocolate, liquorice and wild rose unfold with depth and elegance.

The finish is exceptionally long, leaving a rich and lingering impression.
