THE PROCESS

Passion fruit is a climbing plant of the Passifloraceae family, native to Latin America. Also called granadilla, this fruit is a small tropical berry with fragrant flesh that differs from other fruits by its small black seeds. Giffard Crème de Fruit de la Passion brings the flavour of this fruit to cocktails with exotic accents.

Very characteristic fruity notes of passion fruit pulp.

Taste:
Very fruity and velvety, followed by acidulous notes typical of passion fruit.
