THE PROCESS

Lychee is a small fruit of a large tropical tree with evergreen foliage (9-15m) and flourishing in summer. Originally from China, it is now grown in China, India, Madagascar and Thailand.
Beneath its thick pink-red skin, the flesh of the fruit is white-translucent, juicy, sweet and slightly tart. The fruit can be eaten simply peeled, or cooked, but also prepared in juice as is, or mixed into a drink.
With its fresh and floral notes, Lichi-Li Giffard Liqueur reveals the typical aromas of the fruit in your cocktails.

Light pink color, resembling the color of the fruit itself.

Very intense scent, fresh and lively with notes of fresh lychee and rose.
