Liqueur (crème de fruits) made from raspberries infusion.

TASTE PROFILE

Color:
Deep red color with orange and amber hues.

Scent:
A scent characteristic of the fruit and slightly spicy. Powerful aromas including those of other red fruits such as blackcurrant and gooseberry.

Taste:
Vibrant and lively. Slight and very pleasant peppery side. Very fruity with blackberries, blackcurrants and other small acidulous red fruit notes. Long and aromatic finish, much like the aromas of the berry.

HOW TO DRINK:

For aperitif with a dry white, rosé or sparkling wine.
In cocktails.
