GIFFARD Menthe-Pastille Liqueur

THE PROCESS

Created in 1885 by Émile Giffard, then a pharmacist in Angers, this white mint liqueur marks the origins of the Giffard distilling tradition. Drawing on his pharmaceutical expertise, Giffard transformed his pharmacy into a distillery and developed a method to capture the pure, refreshing essence of mint. The liqueur is produced from carefully selected essential oils of Mitcham peppermint, resulting in a crystal-clear spirit with a precise, clean and intensely fresh aromatic profile.

TASTE PROFILE

Crystal clear in appearance, the scent is vibrant and inviting, opening with pure peppermint aromas lifted by a pleasant, spicy freshness. On the palate, it is clean and well balanced, delivering an intense peppermint flavour that unfolds into an exceptionally fresh, cooling finish.

Neat, mixed with sparkling water, or in cocktails
