THE PROCESS

A category of peach with fluffy skin and generally reddish flesh, the vine peach was originally planted at the ends of vines in order to alert winegrowers to the appearance of possible diseases. The Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne perfectly transcribes the tangy and sweet notes of the fruit in your cocktails.

TASTE PROFILE

Golden in colour with soft pink hues, the scent is richly fruity, expressing the classic character of peach by combining the sweetness of the flesh with the distinctive vegetal notes of the skin. On the palate, it is intensely fruity and true to the fruit itself, revealing sweet flavours of very ripe peach flesh alongside subtle notes from the skin for depth and balance.

HOW TO DRINK:

Neat or in cocktails, such as an aperitif with dry white, rosé or sparkling wine.
