THE PROCESS

Syrup obtained by juice concentration from the heart of the agave.
A sweetening power two times higher than sugar cane (therefore use in smaller quantities) and a very low Glycemic Index.
No preservatives.
Although rather thick, this syrup will perfectly dissolve in hot and cold drinks.
