Originally from eastern India, the mango tree is a large tree 20 to 30 m high, living in a tropical climate. It is after the dry season that the flowering takes place, giving way to the fruits which need 4 to 5 months to reach maturity. Today the mango is cultivated in all tropical countries and of the several hundred known species, only a few are marketed.
The fruit is large, the color of its skin varies from one species to another, its flesh is yellow-orange, juicy, sweet, fruity and slightly floral. It is consumed as a fruit, dessert, ice cream, it brings a fruity and tropical touch to drinks, and in some parts of the world it is occasionally used in savoury dishes.

Very ripe and juicy mango. Light floral note.
Taste:
Tropical and exuberant mango pulp, delicately tangy. Persistent fruity finish with slightly floral and vanilla notes.
Dilute with water or sparkling water.
In cocktails, mocktails, lemonade, fizzy drinks, smoothies.
