THE PROCESS

Lychee is a small fruit from a large tropical tree (9-15m). Originally from China, it is now grown in China, India, Madagascar and Thailand.
Beneath its thick pink-red skin, the flesh of the fruit is white-translucent, juicy, sweet and slightly tart. The fruit can be eaten simply peeled, or cooked, but also prepared in juice as is, or mixed into a drink.

TASTE PROFILE

Color:
Brilliant crimson pink color resembling the lychee peel, transparent. Pale pink in dilution.

Scent:
Floral and fruity scent.

Taste:
A nice balance between acidulous, fruity and floral notes. Lychee juice with a hint of rose water and elderflower, and lots of freshness thanks to the acidulous notes.

HOW TO DRINK:

Dilute with water or sparkling water.

In cocktails, mocktails, lemonade, fizzy drinks, smoothies.
