NC’NEAN ORGANIC WHISKY QUIET REBELS SIMON

THE PROCESS

Simon is one of the distillers at NC'NEAN and this year it was his turn to create his ideal NC'NEAN whisky. He collaborated with brewer Innis & Gunn to brew stout beer. The resulting beer was aged in an oak barrel. This former stout beer barrel was then used to give the whisky a beautiful finish.
