Needle Blackforest Gin is a true Black Forest Gin! Distilled with Black Forest spruce needles using the rarely used single-batch process, meaning each batch is individually tested for absolute perfection, guaranteeing the exceptional quality of our Needle.

TASTE PROFILE

To create Needle Black Forest Distilled Dry Gin, ten botanicals are used. These are juniper berries, coriander, angelica, spruce needles, lemon and orange peel, lavender, ginger, allspice and cinnamon. The botanicals that provide the unique character are the spruce needles and lavender.

On the nose, it is a soft, floral gin with a nice touch of pine. Fresh, green apples can be recognized in the background.
In terms of taste, it is a pure and clear gin with a special black forest flavor. During tasting, a floral, fresh and slightly spicy flavor explosion is created. It is the lavender that provides the floral notes, the ginger provides the “kick” and the allspice and cinnamon provide the spicy notes. The lemons, oranges and juniper berries complete the gin with their fresh, sweet citrus aromas. The aftertaste is long and smooth and here too a subtle hint of green apples appears.

This is the perfect gin for the gin lover who likes floral, slightly spicy gins or is looking for a very accessible gin.
