Rhum JM - White Agricole

THE PROCESS

A Rhum for the rum-lovers. Made from 100% sugar cane juice. The rum is distilled in copper column stills, then allowed to rest for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Finally reduced to an ABV of 50%.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose citrus and honey. On the palette flavors of white pepper, lime and grass. The finish is medium-long.

HOW TO DRINK:

The perfect Daiquiri.
