THE PROCESS

Rhum J.M Dame Jeanne is crafted from a careful selection of the finest vintages, aged between 9 and 18 years in oak barrels and matured with precision in the cellars of the distillery. Each vintage is chosen for its depth and character, then patiently blended to create a harmonious and refined expression.

During its long maturation, the rum develops richness, structure and aromatic complexity through continuous interaction with the oak. The result is an elegant and powerful aged rum, presented in a deep mahogany hue and embodying the craftsmanship and heritage of Rhum J.M.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose, Rhum J.M Dame Jeanne is warm and rich, with notes of prune, fig and roasted coffee, complemented by subtle hints of candied fruit and vanilla.

On the palate, it is powerful yet beautifully balanced, revealing layers of vanilla, nutmeg and candied ginger with a refined fruity character.

The finish is smooth and lingering, leaving a warm and elegant impression.
