THE PROCESS

This gin is the first and most traditional expression of Sakurao Distillery. With the use of 14 botanicals, 9 of which come from the city of Hiroshima, this gin consists of many local botanicals. With the use of local ginger, green tea and sweet orange, this gin has a spicy and sweet tone with a spicy aftertaste. In short, a wonderfully complex gin.
