THE PROCESS

A showcase for yuzu from the Hiroshima area which grows near the distillery
Two-stage production process: the yuzu peel is infused, then the resulting infusion is distilled while the peel is also distilled to extract the essential oils from the citrus to capture as much aroma as possible
The distillery adds pure yuzu juice to these distillations to reinforce the fruit aromas

HOW TO DRINK:

Neat or in a Yuzu Fizz

40ML Sakurao gin
10ML vanilla syrup
20ML lemon juice
40ML Sakurao Yuzu rocks
Top with sparkling water and optionally add some yuzu tonic.
