Named after the historic Stobcross area of Glasgow, this Lowland single malt reflects the rich heritage of the River Clyde, once the gateway through which Scotch whisky travelled from the city to the wider world. Today, in the restored Pumphouse at Queen’s Dock, The Clydeside Distillery continues that legacy with its first release: Stobcross.
Distilled using water from Loch Katrine and 100% Scottish barley, Stobcross is matured in a marriage of bourbon and sherry casks, allowing the spirit to develop its refined Lowland character. Bottled at 46%, natural in colour and non-chill filtered, it represents the beginning of a new chapter in Glasgow’s whisky story, where history, craftsmanship and the enduring spirit of the River Clyde come together in a modern single malt.
