THE PROCESS

A 100% Japanese blend of malted barley and grain. Malted barley accounts for 10% of the total, imparting nutty notes. The whisky is aged in bourbon barrels in a unique underground tunnel. The humidity and consistent temperature allow this whisky to mature in a unique way, resulting in an elegant whisky.
