TOGOUCHI PEATED CASK WHISKY

THE PROCESS

This whisky doesn't use smoky whisky, but rather an ex-Islay cask. It was aged in this cask for several years, giving the whisky a beautiful complexity of smoke. The whisky is a blend of malted barley and grain.
