Admiral Rodney HMS Princessa is a premium aged rum from Saint Lucia, produced by St. Lucia Distillers in the Roseau Valley. Crafted from molasses on a traditional twin-column Coffey still, the rum develops a rich and elegant character.
After distillation, the rum is matured for 5 to 9 years in ex-bourbon barrels made from American white oak. The tropical climate of Saint Lucia enhances the maturation process, creating a smooth and refined rum with layers of oak, vanilla and dried fruit. The rum is named after HMS Princessa, one of the ships captured by Admiral George Rodney during the Battle of the Saints in 1782.
