THE PROCESS

Admiral Rodney HMS Royal Oak is a premium aged rum from Saint Lucia, produced by St. Lucia Distillers in the Roseau Valley. Crafted from molasses on a traditional twin-column Coffey still, the rum develops a rich and complex character with remarkable smoothness.

Following distillation, the rum is matured between 7 and 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels made from American white oak. The tropical climate of Saint Lucia accelerates the ageing process, creating deeper layers of oak, spice and dried fruit. The rum is named after HMS Royal Oak, one of the historic ships connected to Admiral Rodney’s fleet.
